We offer 14-day returns on all eligible items. If it doesn’t vibe with you, no worries — just send it back (unworn + tags on).

Yes, queen — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under that threshold have a small shipping fee that depends on your location and selected shipping method. All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, so you’re never left guessing.

Right now, we’re focused on serving our U.S. babes only. International shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it — stay tuned via our newsletter or socials for updates.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on where you're located. Please allow for extra time during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for split payments. Your checkout experience is encrypted and secure — we don’t mess around when it comes to protecting your info.

We get it — sometimes you just wanna try it on real quick. But we can only accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. If it smells like perfume or has makeup stains, it’s a no-go. Keep it clean to keep it returnable.

No confirmation? First, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes we hide in there. Still nothing? You can always reach out to our team at petaliya.store@gmail.com with your full name and order number. Or use our Track Your Order tool if you’ve already got a tracking number.
